Cocoa Run Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Gettmi Inc. Limited ("we", "us"), the maker of Cocoa Run. By playing, you agree to them.

Who can play

You must be 13 or over. Cocoa Run is offered in the United States.

Your account

You can play as a guest. If you sign in, keep access to your Apple or Google account safe, because that is how you get back in. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Plans

Plus and Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions sold through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. A plan renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel plans in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's rules.

Diamonds, Hot Shots and other items

Diamonds, Hot Shots, runs, medals and outfits are part of the game. You get a licence to use them in Cocoa Run. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred or sold. Items you buy are delivered to the account or phone you bought them on. Unused items are lost if you delete your account. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected.

We sometimes run flash sales. A sale lasts for the time shown in the game and ends when the countdown ends.

Rewarded ads

Some rewards come from watching an optional video ad. The number of ad rewards a day is limited, and we may change the limit.

Fair play

Do not cheat, change the game's code, use bugs to get items, or try to get into our systems. If you do, we may remove items or close the account.

Changes to the game

We keep improving Cocoa Run. We may change levels, prices, items and features, and we may end the game in the future. If we end it, we will give notice in the game first.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Cocoa Run running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the game, other than losses caused by our own negligence or anything the law does not let us exclude.
